For those who qualify, tuition may be subsidized.
Monthly bills are due upon receipt of invoice.
Forms to be Completed for Enrollment:

Enrollment application, including 3 emergency numbers

Health examination form (including immunization record and proof of lead screening if the child is over 24 months old)

Permission forms for emergency medical treatment, bug repellent and sunscreen, and hospital transport

Financial contract form, which includes the following terms:

A deposit equal to the cost of your schedule for one week is required by the time of your child's admittance (the amount of the deposit will be returned in full at the time of termination provided that two weeks notice has been given and your payments are up-to-date)

Tuition is due by the 15th of the month

If your tuition bill has not been paid by the last day of the month and a payment schedule has not been agreed upon, enrollment may be terminated
